These Atomic Thunder woofers were designed for spl and spl competions.  While the tens my be set up to sound good they are much better preformers at the spl game.  I know of a guy who hit 157 with only 2 15's and that is a legal dbdrag reading.  I dont know about you but  on the average 2 12's are only hitting about 140. Well 157 is  11.333 times louder than 140.  Given the fact that 3 db is theoretically twice as loud.
